Emotional Freedom Technique, also known as Tapping, is that way. I have been in the social services profession since 1975. I understand how stress, fear and overwhelm affects our mind, emotions, health and relationships. I have personally experienced the benefit of Tapping, and I have helped many gain relief from their discomfort.

the more peace and calm you will experience in your life.
